Services

MVP Accelerator provides software development services, including but not limited to MVP development, web applications, mobile applications, and related consulting services.

Specific terms and conditions are outlined and tailored in each individual service agreement between Awecode LLC and the client.

Intellectual Property

All work products, deliverables, and custom code developed for clients remain the exclusive property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

MVP Accelerator retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, methodologies, and general knowledge.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, project details, and business concepts. Non-disclosure agreements are executed before any project discussions.

Limitation of Liability

MVP Accelerator's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
